Are you looking for a workout program that doesn't require much gym time? Well, this program is a high-intensity workout program without much gym time. You train for 45-50 minutes, with little volume, but extreme intensity. This is how I trained for a bodybuilding competition, where I placed 1st place in the Bodybuilding Debut division and 2nd place in the Bodybuilding Open division. Using this program, I lost 25-30 lbs on my prep. I also used this to train clients, one lost 30lbs in 6 months, and another gained muscle and strength.
